A message from the campus:

We are excited that you are considering Georgia College to continue your education.  Georgia College is Middle Georgia's graduate university, providing advanced degrees, certificates, and continuing education to support and enhance leadership development for a professional workforce.

The admission policy of Georgia College is to accept those applicants who provide evidence of a high potential for success at the university.  A potential student is considered for admission without regard to race, creed, sex, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, age or national origin.  All documents submitted for admission to Georgia College become the property of the university.

The Office of Graduate Studies is located in the North Clarke Street/ENGAGE House, Room 202, on the Milledgeville campus. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  You may reach the office by telephone at (478) 445-6289; or toll free, 1-800-342-0471.

Please note, you will need to choose Milledgeville as your campus if you are applying to an online program.

Application for Admission

Georgia College aims to produce graduates who are well prepared for careers or advanced study and who are instilled with exceptional qualities of mind and character.

A nonrefundable application fee is required with the submission of this application. Students who have been enrolled at Georgia College within the past 6 years or have paid the application fee within the past 6 years, are exempt from this fee. These students must submit a paper application to avoid being charged the nonrefundable fee. The application may be downloaded from the Georgia College website at

To complete this online application, type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from the popup lists (where applicable).

After you complete a screen, click the NEXT button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be reentered prior to submittal.
