The red text at the top of the screen indicates that there were
errors or omissions on that screen of your application. If you
don't have all the information for that screen on hand or otherwise
cannot complete the screen, you can skip to another page by
clicking one of the screens listed in the menu. Data on the current
screen will not be saved and will have to be
reentered when you return to it.
A check mark on the menu indicates that a screen has been saved.
If you have skipped a screen where newer information has triggered
the red arrow(s), the new information will not be saved until you
return and complete the screen.
If the screen error message indicates that an answer to a
question was entered incorrectly, check your answer carefully. If
the screen still presents a problem, please contact us through the
